The hike is classified as medium to easy, making it suitable for most fitness levels. However, participants should be in good physical health.

We recommend bringing an extra pair of shoes that you can get wet, clothing to swim in the waterfall, a towel, water, and sunscreen. It's also advisable to have a good breakfast before the tour.

The tour is not recommended for pregnant women, individuals with mobility impairments, or anyone over 287 lbs (130 kg). It is also not suitable for people with severe obesity or advanced age.

The tour takes place rain or shine, so please come prepared with appropriate rain gear if the weather forecast predicts rain.
